Due to the nature of this product, all sales are final. We only accept returns for items damaged in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges

In the event of an item being damaged in transit, you must email us within five days of receiving your damaged shipment at sales@carlilegroupllc.com to alert us of the damage. At our discretion, items damaged in transit must be returned to receive a replacement or refund. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship a replacement, if available. If a replacement is unavailable, we will refund the total purchase price of your item.
